I stayed at Baan Asan from 17-21 February 2026 and it was honestly the best experience of my life.

Ray and her incredible team truly made our wedding stay at the villa an unforgettable experience. From the very moment we arrived, we were blown away by their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It honestly felt as though they were available 24/7, always ready to help with absolutely anything we needed, no request was ever too big or too small.

One evening perfectly sums up their dedication: what started as a relaxed dinner for eight unexpectedly turned into a lively dinner for twenty, and within just 20 minutes, they had seamlessly transformed the entire setup. It was nothing short of extraordinary. Their calm efficiency under pressure was so impressive, and they made it all look effortless.

The villa itself was kept in immaculate condition throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every single day, with such attention to detail that everything always felt fresh, luxurious, and welcoming.

Beyond their professionalism, Ray and her team were an absolute joy to be around — warm, approachable, and fun. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy special moments with our loved ones.

The food deserves its own standing ovation. The chef prepared some of the most incredible meals we have ever tasted, truly unforgettable. The salads were out of this world, and every dish was crafted with such care and flavor. They also went above and beyond in accommodating our additional wedding vendors, including our massage therapists and hair and makeup artists, ensuring everyone was beautifully catered for.

Ray herself exceeded every expectation. On the night of our wedding, she stepped in to help in ways we never anticipated or expected, simply out of kindness and a genuine desire to make our day perfect. It meant more to us than we can say.

When my father-in-law had a fall one evening, the team responded within seconds, immediately calling an ambulance and handling the situation with such calm professionalism. The next morning, he woke up to a bouquet of “get well soon” flowers, such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us all.

Every single detail of our stay was considered so carefully. Ray and her team didn’t just provide a service, they created an atmosphere of care, joy, and absolute excellence. We could not have asked for a more dedicated, attentive, and wonderful team to be part of such an important time in our lives. They were simply exceptional in every way.
