“Amazing stay at Baan Asan!”
We booked the entire villa exclusively for ourselves and our 11 guests and were absolutely thrilled. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. What made it truly special: We were able to celebrate our wedding here. We couldn't have wished for a better place for the most beautiful day of our lives. The stunning villa, the luxurious ambiance, and the wonderful atmosphere made this day unforgettable. The entire property is impeccably maintained, stylishly furnished, and offers the utmost in comfort. We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional service. The entire team was always warm, attentive, and professional. Every wish was fulfilled, and we felt completely at ease. Our family and friends were also delighted. Luxury, privacy, and hospitality at the highest level – everything was just right. Every penny was absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the entire team who made our stay and especially our wedding so special. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa!

Our stay at Baan Asan was simply exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding—without a doubt some of the best we have ever had. Every meal was beautifully prepared and truly unforgettable. The service deserves far more than five stars. Every member of the team was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth and dedication made us feel welcome from the very first moment and throughout our entire stay. A special mention goes to the additional nighttime security service. Knowing that security was present throughout the night gave us an incredible sense of safety and peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Baan Asan offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, outstanding hospitality, and security. We cannot recommend it highly enough and would return without hesitation.

An amazing health retreat with Blueprint.health
I joined a blueprint.health retreat at Baan Asan in June 2026. The location was perfect for and I cannot praise the team at Baan Asan highly enough. Khun Ray and her team were kind, friendly, professional and wonderfully hospitable. The villa is a credit to the owners - beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. The facilities at Baan Asan were perfect for a health and wellness reset with a good gym, amazing pool, a library for working and ample space for privacy and for social interaction.

“They were simply exceptional in every way.”
I stayed at Baan Asan from 17-21 February 2026 and it was honestly the best experience of my life. Ray and her incredible team truly made our wedding stay at the villa an unforgettable experience. From the very moment we arrived, we were blown away by their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They were always ready to help with absolutely anything we needed, no request was ever too big or too small.
The villa itself was kept in immaculate condition throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every single day, with such attention to detail that everything always felt fresh, luxurious, and welcoming.
Beyond their professionalism, Ray and her team were an absolute joy to be around — warm, approachable, and fun. The food deserves its own standing ovation. The chef prepared some of the most incredible meals we have ever tasted, truly unforgettable. The salads were out of this world, and every dish was crafted with such care and flavor.
Ray herself exceeded every expectation. On the night of our wedding, she stepped in to help in ways we never anticipated, simply out of kindness and a genuine desire to make our day perfect. When my father-in-law had a fall one evening, the team responded within seconds, immediately calling an ambulance and handling the situation with such calm professionalism. The next morning, he woke up to a bouquet of “get well soon” flowers, such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us all.
Ray and her team didn’t just provide a service, they created an atmosphere of care, joy, and absolute excellence. We could not have asked for a more dedicated, attentive, and wonderful team to be part of such an important time in our lives. They were simply exceptional in every way.

“Ultimate 5-star hideaway,”
Our time at Villa Baan Asan was simply unforgettable. The location right on Taling Ngam Beach is a dream – away from the crowds, wonderfully private, and with the most spectacular sunsets over the Five Islands imaginable. The villa itself is enormous, impeccably maintained, and perfectly blends modern architecture with Asian flair. The absolute highlight of the property is the gigantic 20-meter infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. But what truly makes this place unbeatable is the fantastic staff. The private chef spoiled us daily with superb Thai dishes, and the entire team was always attentive, warm, and professional without ever being intrusive. The room layout is absolutely brilliant for families or larger groups. If you're looking for the ultimate 5-star hideaway, you've found it here. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay at Baan Asan! Ray and her whole team were excellent from the moment we arrived, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect, including for two toddlers! “felt like my own little slice of paradise.”
We absolutely loved our stay at Baan Asan! The villa is right on the beach with the most beautiful sunset views. The pool is huge, and the whole place felt calm and private, surrounded by palm trees. The team at the villa made the experience even more special. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible! Every meal was restaurant-worthy, especially the Thai dishes. It honestly felt like my own little slice of paradise.
